SUNRISE VILLA

Sunrise Villa is a brand-new beachfront residence located directly on Long Bay Beach’s powder-white sands. For up to 14 guests, this 7BR house offers 11,500 square feet of excellent Caribbean real estate (16 with an added cost). This three-story mansion is exquisitely constructed and provides guests with plenty of private space. It also has a private pool, an open-concept kitchen, outdoor showers, a BBQ cooking station, and roomy poolside furniture with covered areas and a separate oceanfront lower deck.

Two identical master suites with indoor/outdoor showers and lavish porcelain bathtubs are available to guests. There are two kitchens, a gym, an 85″ smart TV in the media room, and more. Four bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck and are equipped with magnificent ocean views; for your comfort, each room has a ceiling fan and a separate air conditioner. Each floor of the villa has a laundry room, and it has been meticulously soundproofed so that visitors can relax in peace.

All stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling tile, two dishwashers, a gas stove and hood, a microwave, a low-profile refrigerator, and a wine and beverage refrigerator are featured in the main floor kitchen. Along with a large selection of dishes, glasses, and cutlery, high-end cookware, utensils, coffee makers, toaster ovens, blenders, waffle irons, and a selection of pots and pans are also provided.

Once outside, visitors can take advantage of the lovely seaside terrace with the freshwater pool that is entirely tiled in mosaic. Usually, the beach in this area of the island is calming and has hypnotic blue tones that shift as the sun moves throughout the day. a fantastic location to watch the sunrise! Get in your kayaks or paddleboards and spend the day having fun exploring Long Bay Beach’s shallow waters. Long Bay Beach does not let you down if you’re looking for a tranquil setting. Visitors can take advantage of 3.1 miles of strollable sands and a remote setting that increases solitude. The world is your oyster here because there are less boating restrictions. Swim, sunbathe, paddleboard, kayak, jet ski, or even get picked up for a private boat tour straight off the beach.
